UK HOME Customers Key Points Simplified to make things easier.
Your purchase providing you aren't a business customer or an international customer has some legal protection and right of return as stated in the CPR 2020.
J'morin Fashion Company wants you to love what we do and how we do it and with this in mind, our policies either meet or exceed the above act, but their are some conditions that you should be aware of.
1. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your item that you wish to return your item by clicking this link , after 14 days of receipt of your item , it is deemed as accepted and we may not be able to accept a return after this time.
2. The item must be returned in a resalable or undamaged condition with it's original packaging, we reserve the right to make a deduction for used items or items damaged or non resalable due to handling, or in some cases reject the return if the item is sent in a damaged, missing items or no resalable condition.
3. We recommend you don't return the item to us until we have emailed you an RMA number, failure to receive this number will mean we will reject the return and the item item will be returned to you by your chosen courier.
4. We do not pay return carrier, but we can recommend a courier for you (see below).
5. The items must be received in our warehouse within 28 days of receipt of your item or the return will automatically be rejected.
6. In order to correctly refund you and to provide a refund promptly download the claims form below, not adding this item to the box may delay any refund or in some cases invalidate the return.
7. We will check the return and refund your purchase within 2 working days but depending on how you have paid, please allow 5 days for a refund to appear in your account ( usually much sooner but some card companies do take longer than others).
8. We are unable to refund any made to order, special orders, custom print or bespoke orders.
UK HOME Customers Returns Process

2. Wait for us to email you an RMA number and add it to the shipping label.
2. Pack the item up in their original packaging or if this is no longer available in a secure box so they don't get damaged while being returned.
3. Print out and fill in this form and place in the box - Click Here.
4. We recommend using a trackable service as this does give you some protection should it get damaged or lost in transit but please note, we recommend Royal Mail Click and Drop service, as this is the delivery service we use, it is really easy to use, offers free collections, but please note this recommendation is not a guarantee from J'morin Fashion Company only a recommendation.
5. We will check the item and providing their is no issue , we will refund your purchase within 4 working days after receipt of your return to the original payment option.
